Leaders & Managers Leading Your Team Through Change Workshop


Managers are the first role models that employees look to when it comes to adopting a change or ​understanding how a change affects them personally, and their role in the company & the ​business overall.



This workshop is designed to assist & prepare people managers in leading teams through change ​in a proactive manner. You will discover how to define and accept your role in change, as well as ​practical frameworks for becoming an effective change leader.

Coaching for People Managers


A collaborative partnership that assists you in identifying your current change leadership strengths and ​discovering new ways to facilitate workplace change.


Beneficial to leaders at all levels who are involved in creating or implementing workplace change.

Format: One-hour coaching sessions done virtually or in person

Coaching for Individual Staff ​Members

Coaching staff on the psychological transition accompanying their upcoming ​transformation, or past staff transitions.



  • Assist the individual as they adapt to their new environment and role by ​identifying their barriers to change
  • Coaching on communication tailored to where they are transitioning to focus on ​productivity.
  • Diagnose gaps and how they can be filled
  • Identify the corrective action staff member must take to properly execute the ​role
  • Motivating staff to embrace change

Mentoring



Mentoring

- Mentoring candidates by providing advice to enhance the mentee’s professional ​performance and development

- Mentoring with an intensive learning curve to small start-up founders, centring ​on company growth mindset with the goal of making the start-ups investment ​ready.

- Mentorship to assist with go-to-market strategies, supporting and enabling ​participants through any mental blocks and transition, to successfully plan and ​strategies their idea.


Format : One-hour mentoring sessions done virtually

  • offer techniques for change management
  • outline, why people react the way they do to change initiatives
